Registrants via the American Samoa Department of Health as well as the American Samoa Department of Legal Affairs online registries are being contacted to submit or resubmit missing and/or additional documents that were not uploaded the first time around. Travelers who are able to prove local residency are prioritized on these flights.

To qualify as a local resident, you will need to provide the following:

​

1. valid American Samoa Driver's License

2. valid American Samoa Voter ID

3. valid American Samoa ID

4. valid LBJ ID

5. valid Certificate of ID

 

NOTE: you do not have to submit ALL of these documents. For example, a valid AS Driver's license would suffice.

Registrants are also required to submit valid travel and immigration documents for consideration. 

​

You will not required to fill out a form again, we merely ask that you upload the missing documents so we may complete the registration process. Without these forms, we cannot proceed further with your application which will then be considered pending.
