Starting October 15, 2019, the Department of Legal Affairs - Travel Division will launch a new iteration of the Certificate of Identity (otherwise known as a "CI").
This new format will replace an outdated format that has been in use since 1969. The new CI will have enhanced security features making it more secure and less prone to unauthorized alterations and will be utilized in conjunction with a more stringent application and verification process.
The new CI will last for an entire year at a cost of $100 USD.
