ONLINE REPATRIATION REGISTRY 

THIS REGISTRY IS INTENDED FOR RESIDENTS OF AMERICAN SAMOA WHO WISH TO RETURN HOME WHEN THE BORDERS ARE RE-OPENED. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A REGISTRY INTENDED TO IDENTIFY INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN REPATRIATING TO AMERICAN SAMOA AND NOT AN INDICATION THAT A REPATRIATION FLIGHT IS GUARANTEED.

REQUIREMENTS

ALL TRAVELERS MUST PRESENT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

  • U.S. CITIZENS and U.S. NATIONALS

    • Valid U.S. Passport

    • Valid Certificate of Identity issued by the American Samoa Office of the Attorney General

    • In lieu of a Passport or CI, a U.S. birth certificate or American Samoa birth certificate accompanied by a valid state issued identification card.

  • FOREIGN NATIONAL RESIDENTS OF AMERICAN SAMOA​

    • Valid Passport from country of origin​

    • Valid American Samoa Immigration Identification Card

  • PROOF OF LOCAL RESIDENCY​

    • American Samoa driver's license​

    • American Samoa voter identification card

    • Utility bill in traveler's name

    • Any ASG issued identification card

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALL TRAVELERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All are subject to additional health screening upon arrival in American Samoa

  • All travelers are subject to a mandatory 14 Day Quarantine upon arrival​​

    • All travelers subject to quarantine are responsible for providing their own personal hygiene products during the quarantine period​

  • All travelers must submit proof of having undertaken a COVID-19 test 72 hours or 3 days prior to departure for American Samoa

  • All travelers must fill out & submit the health declaration form provided by the American Samoa Department of Health

  • All travelers exhibiting the following symptoms may be denied boarding

    • Cough​

    • Sore throat

    • Fever

    • Flu-like symptoms

  • All travelers MUST register online at the American Samoa Online Repatriation Registry for consideration

APPLICATION TIPS/CHECKLIST

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be sure to include/upload ALL of the following documents. Incomplete registration applications will not be reviewed.
  • Upload a copy of your passport
    • If you hold a foreign passport, include a copy of your American Samoa Immigration Identification Card
  • Upload a copy of your proof of local residency (AS government issued ID, ASPA utility bill, etc...)
  • Download the health declaration form, fill it out and upload that when you apply

  • Registration via the American Samoa Online Repatriation Registry is NOT a guarantee that you will be able to travel. 

  • Refusal to comply with all of the aforementioned terms and conditions will result in denial or, if accepted and/or initially approved, revocation of your registration for the possible American Samoa Repatriation flight. 

  • INCOMPLETE REGISTRY APPLICATIONS WILL BE DELAYED AND/OR DENIED.

  • The American Samoa Online Repatriation Registry is accorded the same weight as any government form. False statements or misrepresentations will be deemed as a valid reason to deny or, if accepted and/or initially approved, and false statements or misrepresentations are later discovered, will result in revocation of the traveler's registration.

  • By proceeding to the Registration page and submitting your registry application, you, as the traveler, hereby agree to comply with all of the aforementioned terms conditions.
